Food Industries
We offer a wide range of products that suit the food industry for distribution of fresh or frozen product or for manufacturing processes. All our products are manufactured in virgin material unless stated.  Produce trays offer cost-effective solutions throughout the supply chain; from field to pack-house, to distribution centre, to store, and for point-of-sale display. Trays securely stack on bale arms when loaded, and nest when empty, to save space on return transport.  Smooth sides protect contents from damage and promote hygiene. Pimple-pad areas allow the removal of adhesive labels without leaving a sticky residue.  This is only one example of how one of our products can help in reducing cost but maintaining or growing corporate image and also adding extra protection to ensure that your products reach the end user in pristine condition.

Manufacturing
Toughness and durable products are essential attributes of our products which are manufactured in industrial standard plastic materials that conform to harsh environment manufacturing conditions. Our products can be used in conjunction with conveyor systems and the majority of the product range will fit on 1200mm x 800mm or 1200mm x 1000mm euro pallets. Our range of stack/nesting containers can nest up to 70% saving valuable production space when not in use. They are available in bi-colour format  to allow easy identification when it comes to stacking or nesting the products. Ergonomic handles allow for safety and comfort during manual handling in the manufacturing process.  This is only one example of how one of our products can help in reducing cost but maintaining or growing corporate image and also adding extra protection to ensure your product reaches the end user in pristine condition.

Handling, Distribution and Storage
Any one of our product ranges suit handling and storage. All our range is durable enough for use in transport, handling or storage of product. Our products allow for a returnable packaging solution which can significantly reduce costs. No more cardboard, tape and labour being used to build boxes. Using our range will have a payback after a very short period of time. Our attached lidded containers are ideal for archiving company information of a sensitive nature. The ALCs are ideal for transporting higher value goods that might lend themselves to theft.  They come in a range of euro sizes that will suit all euro pallets. They can be used on flow racks or conveyor systems. Our distribution container has all the benefits above but can also be used on the shop floor for point of display.

Retail
Security of contents in storage or transit can be considerably enhanced by the use of attached lidded containers. Our range is designed to deter tampering and to offer a level of product security by keeping contents hidden from view and through the use of a variety of security seals.  Tamper-evident security in the supply chain is a valuable asset, particularly when the contents can be considered accessible to many hands through which the consignment may pass. Our range of attached lid containers is as durable as it is practical. Moulded in super-tough polypropylene and with strong and secure hinges, they are built to carry the load in continuous-use applications in the retail trade.

Recycling
Recycling of products has become one of the most prominent features of modern day living. In line with new legislation we have developed a new range of products to facilitate recycling.  Our range of bulk boxes is second to none. Our Jumbox comes with steel reinforcement throughout the base and has extra reinforcing throughout the 4 corners giving it unrivalled strength (unit load 650kg) and can be stacked 10 high.
